The brand-new “Disney Adventure Friends and Cavalcade!” is kicking off the fun on Feb. 11 at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. What are cavalcades you ask? They are mini-parades that Disney launched post-Covid that give guests the opportunity to see a variety of characters throughout the day. This new super-sized cavalcade will feature nearly 30 of your favorite Disney and Pixar friends, including Nick and Judy from “Zootopia,” Baloo and King Louie from “The Jungle Book,” José Carioca and Panchito from “The Three Caballeros,” plus Merida, Moana, The Incredibles, and more – including the Magic Kingdom debut of Miguel from “Coco” in his mariachi best.

This popular and fragrant festival springs to life on March 2 and runs through July 4. That’s 125 days to enjoy fresh cuisine, colorful gardens, playful topiaries and vibrant entertainment. 1. “Festival of Fantasy Parade” Returns
This is exciting! For the first time in two years, the “Festival of Fantasy Parade” is returning to Magic Kingdom! As an added touch of sentimental value, the parade is returning beginning March 9 – the anniversary of the debut of the parade in 2014! The parade features beloved characters from “The Princess and the Frog,” “Tangled,” “Peter Pan” and more bringing their individual stories to life on enchanting floats that look as though the characters themselves had a hand in crafting them. The fire-breathing Maleficent Dragon float is also returning! This parade is absolutely a “must do” when your family visits Magic Kingdom. Pro Tip: The parade starts back in Frontierland, goes through Liberty Square then in front of the Castle and down Main Street. The least crowded area to watch the parade will be back near the start of the route in Frontierland or Liberty Square area.
